When you submit the contact form or the quotation form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the type and size of your business, the services you are interested in, and the message you send us. How we use it

We use your data only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and provide the services you ask for. We will not use your data for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell or disclose your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Sharing and retention

Form submissions reach our staff through email and hosting providers that apply industry-standard security. We keep enquiry data for no longer than two years from the last contact, unless you become a client, in which case data is kept for the periods required by accounting and tax law.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time, by contacting promptplus.acc@gmail.com or calling 063-028-5778. We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request.
